Detox Drink Recipe
2-3 Servings / Prep. Time: 10 min
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green apple
- 1 lemon
- Bunch of parsley
- Bunch of fresh mint
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 cups water
- Peel cucumber and apple, then cut them into quarters.
- Squeeze the lemon and get the juice.
- Place all ingredients in a juicer or blender adding water at last.
- After they are stirred well, pour in a glass and drink the detox juice right away.
